Safety Poster Material Guide

The right material depends on where the poster will be installed, how long it needs to last, and whether you need a rigid board or a self-adhesive printed surface. Available combinations vary by product, so always check the options shown on the individual product page.

Choose the print option and the base

Your configuration has three parts: Size, Print Material and Backing Board. Print Material is the printed surface option. Backing Board is the board or base selected for that product. Check the available combination and final price on the product page.

Print and surface options

The following Print Material labels appear on selected listings:

  • VINYL
  • AUTO GLOW (FLUORESCENT)
  • RETRO
  • RADIUM
  • DIRECT UV PRINT

Auto Glow and reflective material

Auto Glow charges when exposed to light and glows in darkness afterwards. Reflective material is a separate option that reflects light falling on it and needs incoming light to work.

Tell us whether you need a light-charged glow effect or a reflective surface before ordering. If the product option label is unclear, contact us to confirm the right selection.

For outdoor use or emergency-route applications, confirm the selected product specification and installation requirements. Glow duration, charging requirements, reflectivity grade, weather resistance and certification must be confirmed for the actual product; this guide does not state a tested rating.

Board and base options

The following Backing Board labels appear on selected listings:

  • 3MM ACP
  • 5MM FOAM SHEET
  • 1MM ALUMINIUM SHEET
  • 10MM HARD FOAMSHEET
  • 3MM ACRYLIC SHEET
  • 5MM ACRYLIC SHEET
  • NONE - print only, with no backing board.

Compare the base type and listed thickness with your display space and fixing method. Confirm any requirements for holes, brackets, adhesive, frames or other mounting accessories before ordering.

Important Installation Notes

Material performance depends on surface condition, temperature, humidity, exposure, mounting method and the actual workplace environment. Outdoor or harsh-environment suitability should be specifically confirmed for the selected product and material.

Installation details to share

Tell us the mounting surface, indoor or outdoor location, exposure to sunlight, moisture, heat or chemicals, required size and quantity, and how you plan to fix the sign. A photo of the installation area can help us review the available options.

Prices for small formats

The selected product variant shows the actual unit price for your size, print material and backing board. There is no blanket ₹75 minimum charge for small formats. Select the required options, check the displayed unit price and choose your quantity. The item total is the selected unit price multiplied by quantity; shipping is shown separately at checkout. Bulk or custom pricing is confirmed in the written quotation.
