Where to Display
Where to Display
Plan a clear, relevant safety display. Use these tips when selecting and arranging posters for your workplace.
- Match the location to the topic: Choose posters relevant to the work area, task or hazard, and browse related designs in the store's existing collections.
- Choose a readable size: Consider the viewing distance and the amount of text in the design. Detailed instruction posters need enough space for the smaller text to be read.
- Keep the message visible: Position displays where staff can notice and read them without obstructing exits, safety equipment, operating controls or mandatory signs.
- Avoid overcrowding: Group related messages and review displays regularly so damaged, outdated or no-longer-relevant posters can be replaced.
- Plan multi-area orders: Record each design code, required size, material, backing and quantity to make ordering and future replacements easier.
For bulk requirements, contact us with your design codes and specifications.
Important: Posters support workplace awareness; they do not replace site-specific risk assessments, required signage, training or operating procedures.
